When sending e-mail to BoF members please set your e-mail program to send the message as plain text. Many of us do not have the ability to read HTML formatted mail and either do not receive attachments, our server deletes them.
When sending to a pocketmail.com address keep your message under 4000 characters, anything longer will be lost. Some addresses are forwarded to pocketmail even if the address belongs to another domain, keep your first message short and you will be safe.
Put your e-mail address near the front of your message, in the text, it is sometimes difficult to reply to a message when using a borrowed computer or from a forwarded e-mail unless you do this.
