The Medium Duty Truck (MDT) Birds of a Feather (BoF) group of
the Escapees RV Club was established as a volunteer effort by
members of the Escapees RV Club in 1997. The purpose was to allow members to
share knowledge of medium duty trucks with other owners and
potential owners.We have members who are vendors of
standard and customized trucks, members who have designed,
purchased and customized their own trucks and members that
have several years of towing experience with their custom
medium duty trucks. Also included, are experienced and new RVers that are
planning on buying a medium duty truck for safety reasons.
Most of the members are willing to share their knowledge
with all interested; others wish to limit their correspondence to
members of the BoF, or may wish the BoF to handle any
communication. These preferences are clearly indicated in the
member data, so please honor them. Many of us use mail
forwarding services, voice mail and long distance Internet
connections and wish to control our expenses.
